1. Prepare your documents. Keep a scanned Photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, or PAN Card) ready in JPG/JPEG format, 10 KBβ100 KB. Also prepare a passport-size photograph (3.5 cm Γ 4.5 cm). Selfies are not permitted.
2. Sign up on the MOSAI JLPT portal. Create an account on the MOSAI JLPT portal at jlpt.mosai.org.in. Confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox or spam folder.
3. Fill the form and pay Rs. 2,000/-. Complete the online application form and pay Rs. 2,000/-. After payment, a Transaction Number is generated. Applications without a Transaction Number will not be processed.
4. Save your application. Take a printout of the completed application form and keep it for your records. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
No corrections or changes are allowed after final submission. PWD candidates must apply under the STA category by emailing mosai.jlpt@gmail.com before 20th March 2026.
